我自己的使用經驗是網路為主，但最好也能有少量通話時數。先前個人的blog推荐過TIM for Visitors，不過這段時間以來方案一直推陳出新，有些方案比兩三年前能找到的優了很多倍，現在我建議你應該優先考慮一下這個：
TIM International 1000 New
方案內容包括：
- 1000分鐘的通話
- 2GB的網路流量
- 每4週為一期
- 申辦時索價僅9.99歐 (SIM卡另收10歐)，之後每28天會自動扣9.99歐，直到沒錢可扣為止。
至於所謂的通話1000分鐘，當然包括義大利國內的固定電話及行動電話，但國際電話就因國家地區有不同的收費標準。
- 中國大陸單價最低1cent/min
- 但臺灣完全未列在表上，通話的單價不詳
- 所以說起來對臺灣旅客而言，這方案還是以網路功能+當地聯絡通話為主。
- 不過現大多數人都是用網路電話來跟親友聯絡/報平安，所以影響應該不大

TIM的方案持續進化，先前談的TIM International 1000 New再度升級成TIM International 1000 Super
新方案主要的特色是：
- 每4週為一期 (28天而不是30天)
- 申辦時索價僅9.99歐 (SIM卡另收10歐)，之後每28天為一個計費週期 (自動扣9.99歐)，直到卡片餘額轉負之後就無法使用，除非再儲值。
- 1000分鐘的語音播打
- 語音電話TIM網內互打變成免費
- 語音播打的部份是可以漫遊的(接聽當然也是)。
- 網路流量由2Gb升級為10Gb
- 網路的部份在歐盟國家是可以漫遊的，但流量以4Gb為上限
- 如果10GB流量用完，且沒有其他資料方案，則允許有1Gb的寬容，此時網路功能會持續，但每200Mb收費1.9歐(前提是卡中餘額需保持為正值)。寬容值也超過之後網路功能會暫停，直到下一計費週期。
1000分鐘中有300分鐘可以撥打以下國家：China, India, Bangladesh, Poland, Peru, Romania, Mexico, Colombia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Israel, Singapore, Cyprus. 其他的則依TIM官網的表計價(臺灣並未在兩者之中，狀況不詳)。

Offer:
Tim International 1000 Super is reserved for new foreign customers.With Tim International 1000 Super Every 28 days you have 1000 minutes to call all national landlines and mobiles of which 300 also international, unlimited calls to all Tim numbers and 10 giga at Tim's 4g speed, to surf in Italy!
The 300 minutes abroad are valid to call the following countries: China, India, Bangladesh, Poland, Peru, Romania, Mexico, Colombia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Israel, Singapore, Cyprus.
For countries not included in international minutes and for the minutes exceeding the bid package, the Tim International base (below in the table is the complete list of countries) that are activated free of charge and at the same time as the activation of the Tim International 1000 Super.
Tim International base allows you to call your country from Italy starting from 1 cent per minute.
The reduced rates abroad apply up to 1,000 minutes every 4 weeks and are in advance shots of 60 seconds, with a click to the 19 cent response.
When you reach the gigas available in 28 days, in the absence of other active data options, you'll have up to 1 gig of stock that will allow you to continue surfing at €1.90 every 200 megabytes.
Details and limitations of the offer
• All prices are VAT included
• The activation cost is €0 for new customers who pay with charge on residual credit and for all customers who debit credit card or bank account.
• Tim International 1000 Super is activated by foreign customers (born abroad) with a document attesting to birth in a foreign country;
• The offer is indefinite with a charge of €9.99 per 4 weeks.
• The activation cost is in promotion to €0, instead of €20. The promotion is valid if the number remains in Tim for 24 months. Otherwise, it is expected to recover the applied discount of €20. Charged on residual credit.
Minutes
• Tim International 1000 Super provides 1000 minutes of valid traffic to all national fixed and mobile numbers, including 300 minutes also international, unlimited calls to all Tim numbers and 10 giga 4g of Internet traffic from smartphones.
• With reference to unlimited voice traffic to all Tim numbers, the customer is obliged to use the offer in a lawful manner, according to good faith and fairness and must refrain, therefore, from achieving advantages other than those related to the normal enjoyment of the offer for interpersonal communication; It is presumed, unless there are several evidences available to Telecom Italia, that a good-faith use of outgoing traffic does not exceed 10000 minutes of calls every 28 days.
• The 300 minutes also abroad are valid to call the following countries: China, India, Bangladesh, Poland, Peru, Romania, Mexico, Colombia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Israel, Singapore, Cyprus.
• The minutes included in the offer are valid for national traffic and EU countries, for international traffic to all mobile numbers and all fixed network numbers of national and international operators.
• Do not contribute to the achievement of discount thresholds and bonuses related to other offers. Calls to numbers in the decade 1.4 and 8 are excluded.
• The minutes of conversations included in the offer are calculated on the actual seconds of conversation without a click on the answer.
• For countries not included in international minutes and for minutes exceeding the offer package will apply from Italy to abroad the special rates of Tim International base, Tim's offer for foreign customers to speak at a subsidized rate from Italy abroad that is activated simultaneously and free of charge to the activation of Tim International 1000 new and does not include monthly fees. • The special rates of Tim International base, to call from Italy the countries indicated in the table, starting from 1 cent per minute, provide a maximum of 1,000 minutes every 4 weeks. At the end of the 1000 minutes, a notification SMS will be sent. From that moment on and until the next renewal will apply international rates as per Tim Standard (Europe, USA and Canada: 50.84 cents per minute; North Africa: €2.04 per minute; Rest of the world: €2.54 per minute with 16.26 cent of the charge to the response, 30-second rate shots) except for the Tim one prime go and Tim base new fare profiles. • In the event of a breakdown of the minutes included in the offer available every 28 days will apply the rates provided by the base profile or any promotions active on the user.
• Countries not included in the table apply international fares as standard Tim (Europe, USA and Canada: 50.84 cents per minute; North Africa: €2.04 per minute; Rest of the world: €2.54 per minute with 16.26 cent of the charge to the response, 30-second rate shots) except for the Tim one prime go and Tim base new fare profiles. • The offer can be deactivated at any time directly on tim.it, by calling the number 40916 or customer service 119. In case of decommissioning of Tim International base, to call from Italy to abroad will apply the aforementioned international rates
• To check the residual traffic you can call the number 40916 for free, or contact customer service 119.
Giga
• The Internet traffic included in the offer is counted in advances of 1 KB and is valid for the use of Internet and mail from mobile, in Italy and maximum 4 giga in EU countries, on APN wap.tim.it (for BlackBerry is blackberry.net). When the 4 gigas are exceeded roaming in EU countries, the cost is 0, 7cent/MB.
• The offer is valid for the use of the mobile phone as a modem. When the gigas are exceeded every 4 weeks, if the customer does not have other active data options, the Internet will hang until the next availability.
• Exceeded the gigas provided by the offer if the customer has no other active data options will have up to 1 gig of stock that Perm
